Reporting to the credit bureau(s) as a small biz

Group, today I'd like to ask about credit reporting.  I am interested in reporting a delinquent tenant at least 1 of the credit bureaus.  From what I've read, you need to be a fairly large company with 100-300 accounts to qualify to become a "furnisher".  

Does anyone know another way to achieve credit reporting?  (Use of a third party service, or other methods to do this)
