Good Property Managers in the Central PA/Philadelphia area?

Hi, I just got a property under contract in Pottstown, PA area and was planning to self-manage it (as an OOS investor) to learn about the landlording lifestlye.

However, I just recently learned that according to the Pottstown Borough Rental Code, you need to be at least 5 miles away to self-manage a property yourself:

"Pottstown Rental Code:
203. Owner Occupant Duties
Absentee owner/operators may reside outside the Borough of Pottstown but within a five-mile radius of Pottstown Borough if they meet additional criteria."
