I’m refinancing my primary residence, can I rent immediately?

Good evening,

I’m currently in the process of refinancing my home as primary residence in Maryland ( closing Is weeks away). My goal after closing is to immediately file taxes and file my home as a rental property.

My question is, once closing is done and I file my home as a rental for 2020 taxes, can I quality for another loan to purchase as primary residence in April/May?   Since my current property will be rented out and already filed as a rental property.

Or do I have to keep this refi home as my primary residence for a certain  period of time before getting the next primary loan ??  ( owned property for 3 years )

Thanks a lot
