Seeking name of property owner

I have read and attempted to search the areas given to the last person who asked this question. I am asking for a different reason. The manager at this apartment complex is negligent. They refuse to fix severe maintainance issues that have plagued this place, and now have caused repeated harm to it's tennants. Currently I am not seeking damages in any form despite the case I do have. I just want to get a hold of the corporation that owns this place. No matter how I search or what i find, every lead only puts me back to this manager's number. I only want to find and speak to her superior so I can give them the chance to fix her presumably costly mistakes. Besides, If I wind up in the hospital for the foot I've injured due to their negligence for a third time, I dont even know what I can do. We will lose our only place to live if I keep losing work because of these injuries. If anyone knows of any other ways to figure this out, please let me know. Or if there is some sort of county entity I can personally get into contact with or something like that to help me find these people and call them so they can get the porch outside of my apartment fixed... I dont have much free time at all.....
