Electrical Contractor Cut into My Roof, Now It's Leaking

Hello, I'm new to REI, BiggerPockets, & this forum. I hired an electrical contractor, a well known company in my area to rewire the house, add a vent in the bathroom, and install a ductless heat pump. They removed the old gas furnace when the heat pump was installed. I asked them to place the bathroom vent closer to the shower so that it can be easily vented out the exterior wall and not cut into the roof. They placed it near the toilet and vented it out the roof. In removing the furnace, they bent the furnace vent on the roof. I asked them to fix the tilt and gave instruction that "all work must be below the roofline or you'll void the warranty." They cut my flat PVC roof in two areas and caulked their patchwork instead of welding it. After this fact, the electrical division's manager came out to the property and admitted to me that when they installed the vent, it was raining that day & rainwater was coming through the vent - so much that they had to get a bucket to contain it. The company that installed the roof back in 2015 came out and tested the walls & ceilings for moisture. The moisture levels were high in the bathroom and other areas of the house. I have water stains on the new newly painted bathroom ceiling and the paint on the newly painted living room ceiling (where the furnace was) is cracking. The electrical company is going to pay a roofing company to properly fix those areas on the roof.

Here's what I need help with:

1) What's the best way to get the area between the roof and ceiling dried out? I have a sloped flat roof & no one can get inside the attic.  I told the electrical company I'm concerned about mold.  They never addressed that.

2) Should  I get a new roof or accept the fix the electrical company is trying to push?  My instinct tells me to pursue getting a new roof but the electrical company told me that's unreasonable.  My current 6 year old PVC roof cost me $6,100 back in 2015 to have installed.  I can't imagine the price has gone up exorbitantly since then.

Being a female, I feel like this company is not taking me seriously.  They are licensed, insured, and bonded so if this situation isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I know I have legal recourse.  I appreciate any guidance you can provide.    Thank you!!
