Low ADU Ceilings - HELP NEEDED!
Hello! I'm looking to close on a SFR + ADU but was looking for some input. The basement ADU is brand new & fully permitted as a 2BR but has very low ceilings. Most of the ceiling height is around 6'8'' but there is some duct work that goes as low as 6'2'' (between the living room and BR). PHOTO LINK I plan to list the unit lower than market rent due to the ceiling height, but do you think I’ll still have challenges finding long term tenants? Any input is greatly appreciated!
