Getting out a lease that begins in June
Hi BP,
Currently, I am at student in Minnesota. I signed a lease in November that begins in June. I am looking to get out of the lease with the best possible solution for the landlord and myself. I don’t not have any options to replace me at the moment. What would be your strategy in this situation?
