What kind of handwritten cards would you like from PM?
I am a property manager for a fairly large company. Sometimes it can seem that our systems are "too automated" for some of our clientele. To let them know I am still treating each owner as if they are my only client I want to send out handwritten cards (some actually written by me and some via our robot service.) What kind of card would you as an investor like to receive? I have 7 owners that have not received very much rent this past year. Their tenants are only paying the required 25% of rent for now. I want to send them a card and a Starbucks gift card. Any advise on what to say in these cards? I want it to be super sensitive and tactful.
