Best Single Family Detached Rental Markets

I have a Solo 401(k) Trust that owns outright a 2002 Sq. Ft. 3/2 rental in Humble, TX with $1550/month in rent and roughly $5400 in annual taxes across Harris County, Hunters Glen MUD and the Aldine School District.  I'm thinking the rent is likely above average for many areas, but I feel the taxes are exorbitant.  I'm thinking of selling this property and moving to a different market that is more friendly from a tax perspective, but also friendly to investors.  If anyone can offer suggestions, comments, guidance, I'm all ears!  Thank you!

Hey Michael, I feel as though you may have the best luck in your home state.  I know Indiana has great cash-flow potential and you have a competitive advantage knowing particular markets.  Correct me if I am wrong...

    Either way, Good Luck!
