MHP Software and marketing

This past summer I partnered to purchase an existing MHP. We took out all of the old abandoned homes, and are in the process of bringing new homes and tenants into the park. I am curious, is anyone using any kind of software to infill mobile home parks? is anyone using a specific software to manage tenants and rentals in parks? What about marketing strategies to attract new tenants? I'm curious about what software and marketing strategies people are using in their mobile home parks and how that software/marketing is making a difference.
