Lease signed, no deposit paid, didn't move in

Hello all,

This is my first post and this is our first rental. We signed a lease with a tenant. The agreement was that they would pay the security deposit and first month rent on the move in date and we would provide them keys at that time. The date for them to move in has come and gone. They have not paid, we have not given them keys and they have not moved in. Now they want to change the move in date. Honestly, I'm not really interested in renting to them anymore, but do I have a choice? Have they broken the rental agreement by not paying or moving in on the date agreed upon in the lease? Am I required to hold the unit for them? It's now two weeks past the move in date listed in the lease and I'd like to cancel it and move on if possible.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
