Certify a home with lead based paint

Aubrie Gomez
Posted

I’m in Arizona and I’m looking into a home that may have lead based paint, built in 1961 but not tested, I’ve heard about getting a home certified for lead/removing it. Does anyone know what this entails? And as a landlord in Arizona what are the requirements in this situation? Also, is there a program in Arizona that I could use for this?
