Lead based paint Arizona

I’m in Arizona and I want to buy a home that’s built in 1961 but there’s a disclosure for lead based paint. I want to live in this home and do cosmetic upgrades and eventually have it as a rental or Airbnb but I’m not sure how to handle the possibility of lead based paint. Has anyone in Arizona had this problem, and how did you take care of it? I really want to be safe and not brake the bank.
