Rehab Write offs, LLC vs Personal Finance

Hey BP Gang!

I have a question for the group. I'm currently under contract for a triplex in Washington. Its about 3 hours from where I live and I'm considering purchasing a truck to take tools over. I own two other properties right now and I'm considering an LLC but I don't know where to start or why that would benefit me. I'm curious if anyone could help with these questions: can I transfer current deeds into an LLCs name without refinancing and messing with current HELOCs, can I purchase a truck and write it off as a business expense without an LLC, is there a way to transfer the current offer into an LLCs name while under contract?

Follow and connect please. Thank you!
