Wicked Water Bill -- Tenant running up my bill?
I just got a call from the water department for one of my properties. What is usually 2 units, this month is 22 units.
I have my PM over there checking for a leak. I've had some drama with this tenant, so I'm wondering if she is messing with me. Anyone have a tenant just run up the water bill?
