I have a client who is looking to sell their home but will need to rent it back for just under 3 years until the Mrs. can retire.  They are wanting to purchase a property in MS closer to her folks and either building or renting out that home so there is no concern about them being in financial troubles.  Let me know if you or someone you know might be interested.  I am a Realtor with Wynn Realty Group  BS.0144542
