First Time Landlord - New Doorbell

Hi Everyone!

About to go live on my first rental with tenants and prepping the place.

May sound small, but I need to replace the doorbell and I’m wondering if anyone has a recommendation on doorbells for long term rentals.

I was thinking about putting a decent video doorbell since I have to replace it anyway, but concerned that transferring the access could be a challenge.

Any recommendations on this or other general best practices for prepping the property for tenants?
