Advertising Your Rental

How is everyone advertising their rentals? It’s our first time doing this. Me husband and I are house hacking in our new 4plex. We currently have (2) units occupied, while my family and I are renovating the other two.

In a few months we will be relocating out of state and will be looking for new tenants to occupy the two that we are staying in. All advice is welcome. Thanks.
