Indianapolis eviction filling so common

It seems like whenever you look up someone's court records and Indianapolis Marion county that there was an eviction filling but they do not always go through. The rental pool selection has declined over the years since inventory is so great for rentals.I am referring to a class a rental property.

Would you rent to someone that had an eviction Filing 10 to 15 years ago?

It's almost impossible to find someone without the circumstance
