Hello glad i did find this forum a lot of great information here

Hope somebody can instruct me with my plan

Ok here is the story: I live in USA right now(USA resident) i have 3 houses in my area where i live that i'm currently renting them out, right now i want to buy 2 more properties foreclosure (long term) all cash, the only problem is i want the title to be under my mother's name for a few years(she is not here right now but in Europe)

So my question: it's possible to make offers from her name and when accepted the founds will be transferred from my USA account ?
Also i will be able to turn all utilities on after closing under my name?
I was planing to open an LLC for her as well: this is a good idea?
Founds from rent can be collected into my usa account?

Thanks a lot guys for help and will appreciate giving some advice
