Newbie needing advice on buying a semi large multifamily

Hello all, I am new to bigger pockets and for the last few days I have been reading countless hours of articles on multifamily buying. A little about me. I was injured playing football back in 2011, as a result I started a storm restoration company and a yacht rental company in Florida. I have tons of people( younger athletes) asking me to help them invest there money safely. So I am trying to set up a company that invest in commercial/multifamily real estate since that seems to be the safest option. I am looking to buy something in the 4million dollar range hopefully by the end of February is my goal.

Any recommendation help

How to set up the company?

Attorney's to help structure partnerships etc....

I would also help out a lot along the buying process for some expertise
