Residential Deleading in MA

Jesse S Appel
Posted

Anyone have any experience with getting a contractor for deleading in MA? I have a property under contract south of Boston that tested positive for lead on the majority of windows/window wells. Everything else tested negative. I’m thinking I can get a carpenter to install replacement vinyl windows & then I can get re-inspected. Has anyone had to do this before? Do I need to involve a deleading expert to oversee the window work to mitigate dust/debris?
