Hi Guys hope all is well/ I am looking for some great agents in areas other then my own. I am an associate broker and home builder/flipper here on long island NY. SW Florida is great. We are doing some 3/2/2 homes in the 240K range that are nice builds. I think they will be popular as far as features and definitely a popular price point.
