Hey everyone!

Incoming rookie here. I am in the early stages of educating myself about real estate and am excited to start networking and learning as much as I can.

I mostly have interest in buying & holding and would love to hear any advice/pros & cons/stories about any of you that practice the Brrrr strategy. Is there a better strategy or process? Are there any tips you would recommend to someone just getting started?

Appreciate it!
