Strangest tenant request?

What has been the strangest request you've received from a tenant? Luckily, I haven't received that many; I think the strangest one so far was from a tenant who asked if she could paint the walls in the basement BLACK. (I said no for obvious reasons.)

But there have to be some landlords out there who have gotten some stranger requests than this!

I had a tenant (in July) who was behind on her rent. She asked if she could pay me all of the rent in February when she got her tax refund plus an extra $1,000. When I said no, she couldn't believe it. She acted like she was doing me a huge favor and I should have no problem waiting seven months to get paid.

I ended up evicting her. Between the court date and the day that the court office came to evict her, she did me a favor by robbing a nail salon and getting thrown in jail. While she was on trial, I garnished her tax refund that she had bragged about and got my money.
