Property Management Answering Service?

I do most of my property management but I can't find any companies local...

Does anyone know of a helpdesk type property management service for issues like no heat to troubleshoot things over the phone at 2 am? Then they can either esculate to me or they can call a list of approved contractors i provide to fix?
