Evicting a Tenant in Nevada

Hi guys, any tips or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I bought our first investment property this year, we closed at the end of September. We bought a 4 plex. Super stoked about it, but we were stuck with the tenants that already lived there. One is constantly lying and still owes rent for November, December, and now January. It is excuse after excuse, and i know its covid and all, but its pretty cheap rent relative to the area. We didn't have them sign new terms or anything with us, as I thought we were just taking over the existing leases they had place with the prior owner. My question is, if the tenant's lease with the prior landlord is still valid with us as the new owner. Or do we need to get something signed between us. Honestly i just want to evict them, but not sure on the moratorium  that is in place. If anyone has tips or suggestions on how i can get this tenant out, i would appreciate it. He tends to cause issues with the other tenants as well. Thanks so much

Sincerely,

The new investor that needs some much needed help! lol
