Rental property bathroom renovation suggestions

We recently purchased a 2-unit as an owner-occupant, and are planning to do some renovations before moving out and renting the other unit. First on the list is the bathroom, which is extremely old and dated but still in decent condition. Its a small, full bath. What are your go-to rental quality bathroom styles (flooring, vanities, showers)? Looking for some suggestions!
