Real Estates Attorneys - SF Bay Area

I am just starting out on this site and in the information gathering stage. I am looking into buying low cost investment houses for rentals. I was reading that I should speak with a real estate attorney who is investment friendly. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a real estate attorney that potentially has their own investment properties and knows the ins and outs?

I am looking for someone in the SF Bay Area (preferrably East Bay).
