Newbie to Real-estate Investing and Property Management

Hello BP family! I’m a newbie to the real estate game. I located in Fayetteville, NC and I’m interested in getting started. I have a hustler spirit and I’m very resilient! I’m looking for a mentor in my area. I’m also wondering what way can I find homeowners who are their own land lords and don’t use a traditional property management company? Do you guys have any suggestions?
