How would you go about renting to young college students?
I am 17 and am looking at investing in the Mount Pleasant area where Central Michigan University is located. I have also been reading Craig Curelops book on house hacking and K realized that many of my tenants will be college students with a high probability of no rental history. I’m looking for any other way I could get comfortable with potential tenants or if I will get stuck in a guessing game.
