New Michigan Rental Investor - Seeking Advice/Guidance
Hello!
Looking to kick-start my rental investment career on the eastern side of Michigan by house hacking.
Would absolutely love any advice/references for good agents, mortgage strategies/brokers, contractors, CPA’s, book keepers, etc. in my area!!
In addition, I’d love to get connected with landlords and/or other rental investors. I’d really like to expand my network and learn/help others.

@Michael Geiger Hey Michael! I’m sort of in the same boat as you. I’m in the Oakland County area. Not sure if I should house hack in a single family or go for the multi family right away. I’d love to talk one on one about influences on your decision making and what your goals/plans are. Maybe we can help each other.
Stay safe and have a great day!
