Raleigh, NC Location for investment

Hi, 

I've recently invested in my first investment property in Austin and wanted to explore other growing markets. Raleigh, NC was something that caught my attention. Does anyone know a good real estate agent and/or any insight into specific micro-location? Is Durham a better location compared to Cary / Northwest Raleigh? Durham has the schools, but he there is also the RTP with over 50,000 jobs.


Appreciate any additional color.
