Need A Contractor in the Lanham, MD Area

My wife and I inherited a 3 BR home in Lanham, MD due to the passing of my father-in-law and his wife this past April. I am in need of a contractor for basic work. We have a very very limited budget and we need a contractor to do basic repairs and a fresh coat of paint so we can get tenants in the home by 2/1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
