Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement

Hi Everyone! I have a short term vacation rental on a beautiful lake, which is marketed by VRBO. Wondering if anyone has a one page agreement that I can use to stipulate the terms of use (this is in addition to what is already used by VRBO). For example, if a renter books the property, by that action, they are also agreeing to all the terms of agreement such as no pets, check in and check out times, additional cleaning fees for excessive use, deposit for any damages, etc., thanks!
