I am living in apartment, very old apartment, that has no just have property manager because we have safe securty box right next to the front big door gate. Eversince few stanger and city of low income program step in, a property manager, who damage the security box and let stranger walk in and out with door open. Our building has so much promble and never been fix. There alway someone stealing your right for just a property manager. Few step that rude your right:

1) install a tv cables: you need contact property manager.

2) To inspect inside: you need property manager.

3) To agrue or sue you: property manager

4) Someone can get in rude you and entering your home to cause damage.  Let Property manager allows them.

Things not need property manager:

1) Have securty box to control the gate.

2) Property manager has no right to step in someone life if you let someone rent it.

3) There no such thing saying this is my building that I want to do it what. Even government get no right to do it too. It is personal property of right.

4) property manager only taking care parking, and cleaning.

These so far I know that what property manager do ; however, someone use "property manager" to cause such promble because they want you to pushing you and moved out or over control you by trying entry your home and damage your lose then easy over control you because you are in their low income program by City of Department. Everything you do, they might want to step in. For example, our building very old and unsafe. There no such emergency exit, walls crack, stairs losing and make lot noise and broken security box. These has been like these for over passed 8 years from oldest owner switch to new owner. As you can see that there is such big promble and damage with first owner in year of  2013. I had reported to Government city department of building safe but got rejected. I also reported to our real east who were taking care the middle transfer got rejected, force me to moved out and want to sue me. A fear living in a place where so much powerful rules and ruding you because you are limited income. A limited income were treated against poor and control over you.

I lost job and face so many damage things over $10000 of lose. There so many promble out there never been pay attention and always pay more attention what you have inside your house and fight with me for over passed 8 years. I was 30 years old just about getting my first real job but has limited income. These are rude me and pushing me to stay poor. I got depression very bad!

can someone tell me this is right things they treat to tenats ? The promble has started with first owner since 2012- 2013. It has nothing to do with any other owner who step in and take over the case.
