New builders for investors below $350k in Austin neighborhood

Looking for newly built investment properties in the Austin neighborhood. I am exploring North Austin homes. Unfortunately, all of them I am reaching out, only allow primary homeowners.

The ones open to investors are all above the $400k price range or in high property tax areas like Sienna.

Do you have any suggestions for newly built properties below $350k that are open to the investors?
