Eviction question about vehicles

Posted

Eviction process is underway with court hearing scheduled.  Tenant has used house for storage only after moving out in Oct (and stopping to pay rent;  lease runs until Feb.).

How are unregistered vehicles handled?   Court date is Jan 13th, so  Sheriff's Dept will observe me and my labor helpers placing possessions on the curb on, let's assume, Jan 24th.

Do I arrange tow trucks for that date (along with locksmith for house)?

Or should I move the vehicles out prior to that with a 10-day notice to comply with registration requirements?
