Convert Mobile Park to ground lease / Lot rent FLORIDA

We have a park that we own the mobile titles and the land. We do not want to deal with maintenance so we are looking to sell the mobiles and rent the lot. Can anyone point us in right direction how best to accomplish this and possibly where we can get the contracts to do this? 
We are planning on marketing the properties for sale on fb marketplace, zillow, etc.
