COVID Relief Includes Landlord Assistance!

I haven't seen the details yet, but the new stimulus package apparently includes relief for Landlords. Below is a quote from the article, emphasis is mine:

This is good news. Tenant not communicating or applying for rent? You may be able to do it on their behalf. I assume this would not forgive the Tenant's obligation to make up those payments. And being able to apply for rent in arrears is huge!

Anyone having anything else to add?

It also appears that landlords can initiate the rental assistance.
