Preferred method for collecting monthly rent

Looking for advice on how to collect a large move-in sum and then monthly lease payment, considering each method has its limitations and restrictions. For example, Zelle has a daily limit of $2,500, AFAIK.

Thoughts?

You probably won't run into this issue collecting rent or deposits through a property management software, and there's quite a few free or nearly free options out there! We use Innago property management software, and haven't had any issues with limitations or restrictions on collecting rent or deposits.
