Need Help Starting a PM Management Company in UTAH

Hey BP,

I love posting here because I get the best feedback. I am hoping to get a good response here too. I made a post a few months ago looking to for ideas about places to start my real estate adventure. I have a potential opportunity to start something in Utah, but I would most likely need to start my own Property Management company.

Is there anyone who can help me do this? All of the regs I have looked up say that I need to be a licensed sales person in Utah and then need to get my broker's license. Is there a way I can "transfer" my experience from managing properties in NYC to Utah? I know I can't reciprocate my NYS RE license to Utah (unless I can). I would just hate to have to start the clock over again.

Have you gone through something similar? Or do you know of anyone who has?
