Charging Premium Rent

We just put our first rental property up on the market a week ago and are working on screening applicants. A relocation specialist reached out to see if we would be willing to house their client who were recently victims of a house fire. They need a place to stay for 4-6 months and the specialist is requesting we charge a premium on our rent. The insurance company will be paying the rent. The clients will still go through the application process as normal.

Our rent is $1,200 a month but we were thinking of charging $1,600 as the premium. Has anyone else ever worked with a relocation specialist or charged a premium for rent? Is there a general rule of thumb for how much to charge for a premium rent?
