Mobile Home Park Lease Agreement

I'm closing on a small mobile home park this week and am in need of a lease agreement. The tenants in a few of the lots own their trailers. Does anyone know if the pro memberships have a contract that would help me or does anyone have anything they could send my way?

Thank you!!

@Dusten Jones reach out to your states Manufactured Housing Association. They will be able to point you in the right direction for an attorney who specializes in parks.  DO NOT assume you can use a residential lease for a mobile home park. There are specific laws around MHPs that are uniquely different from a traditional rental unit, so make sure to get your lease from someone who knows the landscape.  Each state has it's own landlord/tenant regulations for MHPs and RV parks so make sure to work with an attorney in the state where the park is located.
