Getting started with section 8 rentals in NJ
Hello BP community,
I have a unit that will be vacated at the end of this month. Like most landlords across the country, I’m afraid of getting a new tenant that will eventually stop paying rent or lose their job and get stuck with them because of the whole eviction moratorium. I’m looking to get a section 8 tenant but I’m completely new to section 8 so I was hoping some of you could provide some tips on how to get started and/or screen tenants? Thank you in advanced.
