Minneapolis multi family renovation

I've had two meet ups at this renovation with one being before we even started and another 1/2 way through.  I thought I'd share at least the before and after pictures as the outside is finished and we are still working on the inside.  For those who were brave enough to walk through at the beginning, it's fun to share.

You have the right place.  About 2 blocks from Seward Coop.  Even after all these years of doing this, I get surprised when I look back at what we had to start with and what it turns into.  thanks

We did another BIG gut/reno at the corner of 24th/Evergreen which is about 6 blocks away if you want to walk by that one.  It was another crazy, crazy duplex situation where it was essentially unlivable and we bought it back from the brink of disaster to a wonderful safe/healthy house hack and the new owners love it.  My daughter/son in law just started another build out two blocks away as well.  I assume you live close by.

Good deal! I'll have to go check it out. Live over in the Powderhorn Park area but have been venturing out to some new neighborhoods when walking the dog to learn the area, see where the projects are happening, etc. 

Let us know if you ever consider walkthrough's on some of these projects. Would be very neat to see some of the rehab work you are doing on the inside as well (COVID pending of course).
