What Countertops for upgrade?
I just purchased a town home new build for long term rental investment. I have a choice between gray granite countertops throughout or upgrade to white quartz for $1200. We will have white countertops. What will stay in style for the long run? What is best style right now? Is quartz worth it? I’m in an expensive market. This is a 2300 SF, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom in Farmington, Utah.
