Fixed term Lease Question
I am in Idaho. I have tenant who is on the fixed term lease. I have informed the tenant that the lease will not be renewed (thirty days before the lease is up). I am not accepting the rent after the lease date to avoid falling into month to month. Tenant is not moving out when the lease is up. What's my next step? I look forward to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

They’d be a holdover tenant. If you really don’t want them there any more, and they truly refuse to leave, you’d be forced to evict them (unlawful detainer action) to remove them.
