Adding central air in FL?
In Florida the difference in price for a property with central air vs one window units is huge. I can’t help but wonder if it is worth it to buy these properties and add it after the fact. More specifically two of them to a duplex I have been considering making an offer on. Has anyone done this before? Any headaches or issues with this? I plan to reach out to A/C installers to get an idea as to how much this could cost me and if it is even doable. Thanks for any insights.
