partnering with a non-profit in Denver

Posted

I've heard of investors partnering with local non-profit agencies to provide either section 8 or similar-style housing while the non-profit provides case management and supportive services to the residents. I know it exists but am not finding local non-profits that do this (other than some in Boulder, which is further away than I'd prefer since I'm looking for rentals in the Denver metro area). Anyone???

Thanks, @Steve K.! I'll reach out to them and see if they have any referrals for me.

Just FYI since you're in Boulder, you might want to check out Attention Homes (a non-profit for youth aging out of foster care). I'm a grant writer, so I tend to geek out on all things related to non-profits!
